Questions about payments
How do I charge my athletes online with ATHRIX?
Publish your plans on your ATHRIX public page and add your Mercado Pago payment link to each one. When an athlete picks a plan, they're sent to your checkout and pay online; you manage them from the platform.
Can I charge for my training through Mercado Pago?
Yes. Each plan can carry your own Mercado Pago payment link, so your athletes pay with the method they already use. If you don't have a link yet, the plan's button opens a WhatsApp chat with you to arrange payment.
Does ATHRIX take a cut of what I charge?
Not for the payment link: the money goes straight to your account and ATHRIX stays out of the transaction. If you connect your Mercado Pago account so ATHRIX handles recurring payments, there is a 1% fee per transaction (minimum US$0.10), billed separately in credits. You pay for your ATHRIX plan based on how many athletes you manage.
Do I need a website to get paid?
No. ATHRIX gives you a public page ready to share, with your plans and your payment button. It's your link for your Instagram bio, your stories and your messages.
What about the athletes I already train?
Send them your page link so they can join their plan, or manage them directly from the platform. Either way, they train from their app under your brand.
